The world-class facilities at Garrang Wilam Primary School have been created for educational purposes but also for enjoyment by the wider community. It is expected that any organisation that partners with the school will demonstrate the school values as well as respect the incredible facilities that have been built for everyone’s enjoyment. Our hire spaces include meeting venues, sporting facilities (indoor and outdoor), music and performance spaces, visual art and classroom spaces. Our rates are competitive and you will be pleased by what we can offer you. Spaces can be hired on a casual or regular basis. We are seeking long term partnerships that benefit the students at Garrang Wilam Primary School. We do not hire for personal parties or celebrations.

Want to apply to hire a venue?
Please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Read the GWPS Facility Hire Policy to ascertain if your request meets the expectations set out by GWPS School Council.
If yes, go to Step 2.
If no, please do not proceed
Step 2: Complete the Application for GWPS Venue Hire and required documentation. Submit to
Garrang.wilam.ps@education.vic.gov.au
Step 3: Wait for confirmation from the GWPS School Council. This usually takes 30 days.
Step 4: Complete the appropriate Hire Agreement that will be sent to you
a) School Council Hire Agreement for Casual venue hire
b) School Council License Agreement for Regular venue hire
